Company History Mozingo Real Estate &
Auction, Inc. was founded in 1976 by its president and owner, John C.
Mozingo, Jr.
Prior to establishing the company, Mr. Mozingo
was a top sales agent at a local real estate firm. During the
companies history, the firm has closed well over 5,000 transactions via
auction and traditional real estate marketing methods.
Mr. Mozingo served as president of the local board of Realtors in 1976 as
well as southern regional vice president. He attended the University
of Southern Mississippi, has recieved the CAI and AARE designations
from the national auctioneers association, and the GRI designation.
A second generation continues to lead the company
into the future. John Mozingo, III is a licensed Realtor, Auctioneer,
Appraiser, and Property Manager with 20 years of experience. Angela
Mozingo Murray is a licensed Realtor and Auctioneer with the company.
The company offers traditional real estate marketing,
auciton real estate marketing, appraisal services and property mangement
services.
