Words cannot express how much Charlie and I truly appreciate your diligence with selling his previous home of 208 Woodbine Dr. in Gulfport and closing on 2/19/21! With getting the property listed on the market just the week before Thanksgiving 2020, I personally knew this was not the most favorable time of the year to provide a new listing. However, with your efforts of hosting multiple “Open House Viewings,’ advertising on social media channels, and constantly updating all other marketing and advertisement tools, the two of you were able to get us under contract in the beginning of January!
